Mark Bryant and the Bryant Group/Temple Franklin have an outstanding track record in community outreach and community involvement.  His success as an entrepreneur, community activist and human resources expert has enabled him to establish contacts at the statewide, regional, national and international level.  While he resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Bryant has a portfolio of diverse contacts including international affiliates.  He received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Bryant has helped develop strategies to ensure a diverse workforce via his work as President of The Bryant Group/Temple Franklin a national staffing firm.  He also is Vice President of Carver Design Studio Architects, minority-owned architectural firm that was part of a consortium that completed extensive work on the $900M Indianapolis International Airport project.  In addition, Bryant is a co-owner of Sustainable Solutions (specialized environmental firm services.  His partnership with companies such as Adecco allows for increased capacity for national and international placement of human capital.

Mark’s greatest forte is his corporate reach to build diverse organizations.    He has established working relationships with leaders in several fortune 500 corporations as well as supplier diversity and professional organizations.   He understands the importance of strong relationships built on trust and transparency while building models of growth and sustainability in the public and private sector.

His commitment to community activism includes stints as a member of the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts, the National Black MBA, the National Society of Black Engineers, and the Iibada Corporation. He remains involved as a member of the Indiana Association of Black Journalists.

Mr. Bryant’s commitment to “make a return on investment” via community participation has enabled him to build bridges, provide meaningful opportunities for inclusion and provide financial support to ensure progress.  His efforts have been highlighted in publications of the National Society of Black Engineers, University of Texas Grad Magazine, Indianapolis electronic and print media.

Mark has been a Guest Lecturer on “Business and Entrepreneurship” and “International Business and Change” at Cape Town University Graduate School of Business (Cape Town, South Africa).   He is presently using his international business expertise to work with EMAC (Emerging Markets in the African Continent) in South Africa, Ghana and The Republic of Congo to bring humanitarian relief and economic development.
