Jeffery McLamb

Jeffery McLamb is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience as a co-owner of various businesses, including Colts Building Care, Cherishing Lives Corp, Lovelylawns and landscaping, and G/J Property Group LLC. He has developed valuable skills and expertise in daily operations, project management, team building, and coordinating corporate projects for business growth. Jeffery’s vision is to provide small companies with the blueprint to compete with larger companies and build for future generations.

With a deep understanding of the significance of organization in managing a business, Jeffery strives to help other companies grow through effective management and strategic planning within their workflow to create a framework for success. In 2016, Jeffery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University, complementing his practical experience with academic knowledge.

Jeffery’s exposure to different industries and organizational structures such as Brightview, Indianapolis Public Works, Head Start Associates, Lincoln Apartments, Century Supply Company, Indy Plastic Surgery, and Partnering and Housing. His broad range of abilities and business skills give him a unique perspective on business practices, which can be valuable when providing advice and guidance to others in a competitive environment. His experience working collaboratively with others can be particularly valuable in a number of different contexts, such as managing subcontractors and building relationships that foster collaboration and cooperation. Similarly, in his role as a trusted advisor, he is able to navigate complex dynamics, anticipate potential challenges, and build strong relationships with his clients and colleagues. All of these skills are essential for building trust and establishing credibility as a valuable advisor.

As a founding member of the Changing Places Consulting Group, Jeffery is committed to taking his message of “You see problems, we see possibilities” to small companies worldwide. His vision is to work directly with business owners and coaches, utilizing Changing Places’ tools and methodologies to impact businesses and change lives.

Jeffery is involved in mentoring programs and community activities aimed at helping young people develop their skills and reach their potential. The mentoring program for youth at Lovelylawns and landscaping is a valuable opportunity for young people to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, while also learning important skills related to teamwork, leadership, and personal responsibility. Similarly, Jeffery work as a facilitator at Blended Church help to inspire and educate children in ways that promote their spiritual and personal growth. By sharing his own experiences and insights, Jeffery may be able to help young people develop the confidence and resilience they need to succeed in life.
