Dr. Jeffery D. McLamb

Dr. Jeffery D. McLamb is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and community leader with more than 25 years of experience leading and co-owning successful businesses, including Colts Building Care, Cherishing Lives Corporation, Lovely Lawns & Landscaping, G/J Property Group LLC, Just Wing’ N It Bar & Grill, and Changing Places Consulting Group.

He specializes in business operations, strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational growth, helping small businesses compete with larger companies by implementing practical strategies that drive long-term success.

Dr. McLamb earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016 and received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the Excellence Global Christian Leadership Institute in 2025.

As a founding member of Changing Places Consulting Group, he partners with entrepreneurs and business owners to strengthen operations, improve profitability, and build sustainable organizations. Guided by the organization’s motto, “You see problems. We see possibilities,” he is committed to helping businesses turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

Beyond consulting, Dr. McLamb is passionate about serving the community through Just Wing’ N It Bar & Grill, where he collaborates with local businesses, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations to support scholarships, youth initiatives, and community events. He also mentors young people through Lovely Lawns & Landscaping and serves as a facilitator at Blended Church, inspiring leadership, personal growth, and community service.
